The hardware I use the most is my MacBook.
I also have a Snowball mic I've used on and off through the years, but now iPhones are so good at voice recording I rarely need it.
I paid for a Freedom subscription and I have never looked back.

I do not use Google Calendar which often is a huge pain in the ass.

When I tape auditions at home, I use my iPhone and edit them in iMovie or in QuickTime.
For more complicated things I will use Premiere but I usually need help with it because my knowledge of the software is extremely basic.
Other
I know some people who have used a software called WriterDuet where you can write in Final Draft form with another person, but I haven't used it too much myself.
