2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac, 24".
16 GB WiFi iPad used in the living room and bedroom.
One piece of hardware I have at work is a Griffin Simplifi dock/hub, with an SD card slot.
Communication
I do some Twitter support at work (and for side projects) and I have to recommend CoTweet to anyone who does the same.
Coding & Development
Coda is assisted by WebKit's Web Inspector, available right in the app.
Design
Sadly I don't think I'll do much proper work on it since most of what I do requires Photoshop.
I use Illustrator every now and then for vector illustrations Photoshop can't handle.
When doing any sort of iOS work, I rely on an inexplicably free app called LiveView, which mirrors a part of your Mac's display to your iOS device.
Storage
Another thing that supports the illusion that my iMac travels with me when I go to work is Dropbox.
